Paul’s letter to the Philippians is all about helping followers of Jesus have a gospel
perspective on life. In a world full of many different perspectives we need a proper God perspective more than ever. Our circumstances might not change, but with Jesus our perspective can.
Reflection Questions:
- What do you base your level of contentment on? What you have or who you have?
- What can you do this week that will bring God glory and good to the people around you?
- How much time do you spend thinking about your own needs? How does that amount of time reflect your trust in God to supply your needs?
- Think of an area in your life where you are lacking and think of an area in your life where you have much. Do you believe God can do something miraculous for his glory and the good of others in both of those areas? Ask God to do it.
