Paul’s letter to the Philippians is all about helping followers of Jesus have a gospel
perspective on life. In a world full of many different perspectives we need a proper God perspective more than ever. Our circumstances might not change, but with Jesus our perspective can.

- How does it make you feel that the Apostle Paul still considered himself as in the process of owning his faith?
- Are there parts of your past that you find hard to let go of? What would it look like to own your past but not let your past own you?
- What about your future in Christ encourages you to live differently in the present? How does your future influence your view of your past?
- What areas of your faith are you still working on owning and making your own? What areas of your faith do you need to mature in more?
