Paul’s letter to the Philippians is all about helping followers of Jesus have a gospel
perspective on life. In a world full of many different perspectives we need a proper God perspective more than ever. Our circumstances might not change, but with Jesus our perspective can.
Reflection Questions:
- Which character qualifications do you need to grow in more? Commit those to prayer this week. (Genuine concern for others, seeing other believers as family, someone others enjoy being around, honoring others)
- How has your family upbringing influenced the way you see the family of God? Or how has your faith in God influenced your view of family?
- Can you think of someone you always enjoy being around? What makes them enjoyable? What makes you a joy to be around?
- Who can you give honor to this week?
