Jesus for Everyone: Teach Us to Pray (Part 3)

Jesus for Everyone: Teach Us to Pray (Part 3)

The Gospel according to Luke is the longest and most thorough account of Jesus’ life that we have. A key attribute of this gospel is the way Jesus is portrayed interacting with people of all kinds of backgrounds and walks of life, and showing them that he’s come to seek and save the lost. Jesus truly is for everyone.

Reflection Questions:

  • What areas of your life do you struggle to be shameless and persistent in prayer? How can you bring those to God this week?
  • Jesus says to “ask, seek, and knock.” How can you apply this more fully in your prayer life?
  • What fears or misconceptions do you have about asking for the Holy Spirit? How does Jesus’ teaching encourage you to seek Him?
  • How has the Holy Spirit been active in your life? What’s one way you can invite more of His presence into your daily walk?
