Solomon said in Proverbs 27:17, “Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.” In a world where relational poverty is more pervasive than ever, Solomon’s wisdom is more needed than ever. God desires for us and designed us to live in friendship with other believers. Examining the sharpening process of iron shows us what it takes to have real and meaningful friendships with other believers.
